Why the iCOACH Approach? Life has many lessons and tests, unfortunately, there are no blueprints and/or study guides, but experience is a good teacher. Throughout my journey, I have experienced many challenges and faced “uncomfortable growth”. Life has taught me that, you win some, you lose none, you learn alot! At times, life does not feel good BUT it will always work for ‘our’ good. This 6 weeks program is comprised of components that will redirect, re-shift, reset the client when life becomes uncomfortable or unbalanced.
