I am a certified personal life coach. I have over 20 years in education as a Physical Education teacher, middle/high school coach of (3) sports, athletic and school administrator. I am a parent to one child and a mother to many; therefore, I have been “coaching” for a long time!

As a former athlete, developing core (the center part of your body) strength was vital as it helps your body to function properly. Stability and balance depends on a strong core.

As a coach, my players and I assembled at center court to pray (before and after practice), mentor, motivate, go over practice and/or game strategies and share constructive criticism. Center court is where practice and games began. 

As an instructional leader, I coach and assist educators with strategies, providing resources, setting personal and team goals to improve teaching and learning in the school community.
